Ambition and Frustration

A good friend and fellow ACFR director, Bob Donaldson will give us  give us additional insight into the world of Vladimir Putin, especially in light of the continuing war in Ukraine.  His insights on the subject is a reflection of his highly successful book, TheForeign Policy of Russia: Changing Systems, Enduring Interests, which is currently going into its 8th edition.
